People Over Machines
People beat AI for the things that actually matter — and that gap is widening.
AI is behind the curve on the information that moves things: Slack threads, voice notes, 'are you seeing this too?' DMs. It has no context about you, and it can't recommend you to a client. The more competent AI becomes, the more leverage flows to people with strong human networks — because everything inside the network stays priced as a relationship, not a query.

books“I’ve used this method again and again. I hire one “good enough” agency to learn the ropes of a new platform. Then, I hire a more elite agency to learn how to maximize it–and I cannot recommend this strategy enough.”
books“Asking for advice is one of the most powerful bonding things you can do in the workplace. It’s an expression of trust—that’s why it’s intimidating. But trust builds trust and deepens relationships. Seek counsel, and your mentor will be invested in your success. None”
books“For both networking and signaling purposes, I don’t recommend going anywhere but a top-ten school. (Note:”
